尊敬的各位领导、各位来宾、女士们、先生们:
大家早上好!我是广汽集团的冯兴亚,非常荣幸和亚洲青年领袖代表们参加今天的大会。
去年15个亚洲成员国共同达成的RCEP正式生效,是目前世界上人口最多、经济规模最大、最具发展潜力的自由贸易区。尤其青年人在区域人口中占比超过44%,是推动RCEP成为引领全球创新发展重要议题的骨干力量。
下面跟大家分享一下我对汽车产业和青年人才的想法。
一、汽车行业焕发新的青春。百年汽车行业正在经历电动化、智能化的深度变革,产品形态、商业模式、价值体系、产业结构等在发生全方位的变化。焕新再出发的汽车行业,被赋于新的能量和新的使命,进入茁壮成长和充满活力的青春期,汽车今年也将迎来美好的发展机遇。
二、广汽汇聚全球青年英才,锚定高质量发展。首先,凝聚青年价值,打造科技创新的新高地。目前广汽集团员工人数超过10万人,青年员工的比例超过66%,其中引进海外青年超过了600人,并且打造了4500人的自主研发团队,平均年龄为33岁,构建了以广汽研究院为核心,覆盖美国、欧洲的全球研发网络。自主研发的累计投入已经超过300亿人民币。我们计划到2025年,研发团队将突破6400人,其中以青年为绝对主力的智能网联新能源专项科技人才将会超过3000人。其次,激活青春的力量,注入干事创业的新活力。17年来,我们坚持以青年员工为主体的创新改善体验项目——创新广汽(IGA)系统活动,累计参与的人数接近了70万人次,创造直接经济效益超过110亿元。我们创新青年培育激励的机制,每年开展高达百万人次的员工培训。我们还设立了青年创新基金,推动青年骨干员工持股,孵化了广汽埃安、如祺出行、巨湾技研等创业独角兽的公司。再次,激发青年的动能,筑牢高质量发展的根基。面向2030年,我们正在谋划万亿广汽发展蓝图,重点发力能源生态、国际化、智能出行、软件服务等新的增量领域,加快马来西亚、印尼、泰国、阿联酋等RCEP市场的开拓。为此,我们将为RCEP地区的青年创造更多新的创业的机会。
三、对青年朋友的几点建议。要走出舒适区,成为跨界综合性人才。未来的汽车产业将是多学科交叉融合的庞大的生态系统,需要青年敢于突破原有的边界,既要懂整车的硬件软件,还要懂客户的运营,保持青春本色,成为转型升级的原动力。青年人朝气蓬勃,是全社会最富有活力和最有创新性的群体,青年人要成为企业科技创新、模式创新、管理创新的发展人群,志存高远,为人类的发展作出贡献。人类文明的进步离不开全球青年的共同努力,青年要有开放包容的胸襟,为构建人类命运共同体、推动世界和平与发展贡献力量。

Distinguished guests,
Ladies and gentlemen,
Good morning! I am Feng Xingya, from GAC Group. It is a great honor to join the Asian youth leaders at the forum today.
Last year, RCEP, reached by 15 Asian member countries, officially came into effect. It is currently the world’s largest free trade area in terms of population, economy, and potential. It is worth noting that youth account for more than 44% of the regional population. They are the backbone of promoting RCEP into an important agenda on global innovation and development.
Allow me to share with you my thoughts on the automotive industry and young talent.
First, the automotive industry is rejuvenating. The century-old industry is undergoing profound changes towards electrification and intelligence. Product forms, business models, value systems, and industry structures are also under all-round transformations. The reinvigorated automotive industry has been bestowed new energy and new missions, entering its youthful “adolescence” of rapid growth. The industry will also embrace bright prospects for growth this year.
Second, GAC gathers young talents from around the world to advance high-quality development. In the first place, we pool the wisdom in youth to create a new hub of scientific and technological innovation. At present, GAC Group employs more than 100,000 people, among whom more than 66% are young people, including more than 600 overseas youth. We have built an independent R&D team of 4,500 people, with an average age of 33, and a global R&D network pivoting around the GAC Research Institute and spanning the United States and Europe. The cumulative investment in independent R&D has exceeded 30 billion yuan. We plan that by 2025 the R&D team will exceed 6,400 people, and the number of special scientific and technological talents in intelligent, connected, new-energy vehicles, a sector where young people are the absolute main force, will exceed 3,000.
In the second place, we unleash the potential in youth to inject new vitality into entrepreneurship. Over the past 17 years, we have been organizing the innovative youth-focused experience improvement program: Innovate Guangzhou Automobile (IGA). With more than 700,000 participations, it has created direct economic benefits of more than 11 billion yuan. We innovate the youth development incentive mechanism and conduct trainings that attract up to a million participations every year. We have also set up a youth innovation fund to promote shareholding by young backbone employees. In so doing, we have incubated GAC-AION, Ruqi Mobility, and Greater Bay Technology, among other unicorn companies.
In the third place, we stimulate the energy in youth to lay a solid foundation for high-quality development. Looking towards 2030, we are drawing up the blueprint of developing into a trillion-yuan-worth company. We will focus on energy ecosystem, international markets, intelligent mobility, and software services, among other new growth areas. We will also speed up expansion into Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, UAE, and other RCEP markets. In so doing, we will create more opportunities for new businesses for young people in RCEP regions.
Third, I’d like to leave a few suggestions for our young friends. You need to step out of the comfort zone and become an all-rounded cross-disciplinary talent. The future automotive industry will be a huge ecosystem of interlapped, intertwined disciplines. This calls for our young people to be willing to break through the existing boundaries: for instance, to understand not only the hardware and software of the whole vehicle but also client management.
You need to maintain youryouthful nature and become the driving force of transformation and upgrading. Young people are full of energy. You are the most dynamic and innovative group in the whole society. You should become the company’s innovators in science and technology, innovation, models, and management.
You need to havehigh hopes and contribute to humanity’s development. The progress of the human civilization cannot be achieved without the joint efforts of youth around the world. You should have an open and inclusive mind and promote the building of a human community with a shared future, as well as world peace and development.
